Jet Bridge Malfunction Steps

In the event that a jet bridge malfunctions or stops working, STOP and follow the procedures below.

1. Scan QR code in jet bridge to report issues
2. Call OPS
3. Call lead/supervisor
4. Wait for MTX. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX OR OVERRIDE FUNCTIONS

If you encounter an issue and attempt to resolve it yourself without contacting MTX, that will result in a delay coded to your actions.
